About
My name is Laura
I’m not here as a perfect person — far from it. I’ve made more mistakes than I can count, and I’ve felt the weight of shame, fear, and self-doubt clinging to me like a shadow I couldn’t shake.

What I’ve learned is this: healing doesn’t mean erasing the past. It means facing it, feeling it, and breathing through it.
​
Through breathwork and meditation, I’ve found tools that helped me begin showing up as my real self — not the version built to survive, please, or hide, but the one that’s honest, flawed, and free.
​
These practices helped me tear down the protective walls that were keeping me stuck — walls that once felt safe but were quietly suffocating me.
Now, I hold space for others to do the same.

In my classes, you’re invited to meet yourself fully — to feel what’s there, to move through it, and to begin letting go. Whether you’re carrying stress, grief, shame, or simply need a moment of stillness, this work gives you the space to breathe into your truth.

Energetic, Emotional & Stress-Releasing Holotropic-Style Breathwork (Trauma-Informed)
Duration: 60 minutes
Drop into a meditative state and experience a powerful 35-minute Holotropic-style breathwork session, designed to release built-up tension, anxiety, and deep emotional layers. Guided with trauma-informed care in a safe, small-group setting, this practice supports you in letting go of what no longer serves you.
The class concludes with a grounding guided meditation and healing sound bath, helping you return to stillness, clarity, and inner focus. You'll leave feeling refreshed, emotionally lighter, and deeply cleansed.

Meditative Breathwork with Sound Bath & Guided Meditation
Duration: 60 minutes
Begin with a calming guided meditation to ground your mind and body. Then move into a gentle yet profound breathwork journey, focused on deep relaxation and emotional clearing. This fully guided experience allows you to release physical and mental tension and drop into a deep meditative state.
The session concludes with a restorative sound bath, washing over you in soothing frequencies to help integrate your experience. Step away feeling renewed, mentally clear, and deeply at peace.

Years ago, when this idea first sparked in me, I asked a mentor I deeply respected how she had gone about setting up her own wellness business. Her advice was simple but powerful:
“Get all the facts. Go to all the classes. Do as many courses and modalities as you can. Eventually, your own teaching style and formula will appear.”
So that’s exactly what I did.
I immersed myself in study. I trained in multiple breathwork modalities, attended workshops across Australia and beyond, and practiced relentlessly — not just techniques, but presence, intuition, and deep listening.
Over time, something began to crystallize. Not a method I copied from someone else, but a form of facilitation that felt completely my own — grounded, compassionate, and accessible to everyone, no matter where they are on their journey.
